This Merchant Account provider does not display ANY fees on their website. You must call to get answers. We called the above toll free telephone number, and our call was answered immediately. We were put on hold for a moment, but quickly a salesman picked up to give us all the information we were looking for. We came across as being completely ignorant to the world of Merchant Accounts and as a result received the highest fees.

Our second call was different. We decided to make it obvious that we were a bit more knowledgeable than the first call. This salesman did try to take us down the path of untrue justification for the quoting of high fees, but we stopped his story telling and asked that he get to the point. He then seemed to realize that he was dealing with a no-nonsense, bottom line kind of person and spit out the lowest program they had available. He actually said, "This is the best we can do." Even then he left out 7 individual fees that they charge, but we called him on that and, in the end, we were able to collect 6 of the 7 fees. No one seemed to know if they charge an annual fee.
