We called their toll free number and an agent
answered in a reasonable amount of time. We tried
not to be at all pushy or to seem as if we were
informed about Merchant Accounts. This approach
trigger the agent to tell us only what they wanted
to tell. Meaning, out of the 9 fees they actually
charge, they disclosed only 3. We had to ask for the
other 6 fees.
